Both parties agree to and mutually enter into this Contract for the rental of bicycles under the following specific terms:

Article 1: Rental Object

Party A agrees to rent the following bicycles to Party B:

Article 2: Maintenance and Included Accessories

Party A provides Party B with the following bicycle accessories per bicycle: 1 helmet, 1 cable lock, 1 bicycle light, 1 waterproof phone pouch. Party B checks the operational condition and includes accessories before receiving the bicycles from Party A. In case of any issues during bicycle operation that require Party A’s assistance, Party B shall cover additional support costs based on the distance to Party A’s office.

Article 3: Payment

Party B commits to paying the rental amount, deposit, and accessory fees in cash or through bank transfer to Party A upon receiving the bicycles.

Party A returns the deposit to Party B upon bicycle return.

Article 4: Responsibilities

Party B must carefully maintain and use the bicycles and accessories.

Party B is responsible for compensating any damages to the bicycles and accessories during the rental period according to the Appendix of accessory prices attached to this contract.

Party A shall not be held liable for any traffic accidents caused by the vehicle’s driver.

If the bike incurs irreparable damage, Party B is obligated to compensate the full value of the bike at the time of the incident.

Article 5: Bicycle and Accessory Return

Party B receives and returns the bicycles to Party A’s office. Party B must return the bicycles and accessories in the same condition as received. The return must adhere to the agreements in Article 1 and Article 2.

Article 6: Termination of Contract

Both parties have the right to terminate this contract if any conditions herein are violated. In such cases, the violating party must compensate the other party for any resulting damages.

Article 7: General Provisions

Both parties commit to strictly adhere to the terms above.

While executing this contract, both parties will actively communicate and resolve arising issues. If they cannot resolve them on their own, the matter shall be referred to the competent State authority for resolution. The party at fault shall bear all associated costs.

This contract is made in two copies, with each party holding one copy, both having equal legal validity.
